In the real estate space, Mr. Slutsky has managed and overseen investments in over 50 properties, spanning student housing, flexible office, multifamily, and industrial net lease. Mr. Slutsky is a co-founder of North Beacon Capital, LLC, a family office in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Slutsky is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Slutsky has founded, managed, and sold businesses in real estate, manufacturing, and asset backed finance.
